there is a notion of freedom of speech and freedom of religion that should be operant in this situation. I’m sure that if there is a deity he/she is not so insecure that they would suppress these freedoms.

As an Iranian Baha’i who has had a lifetime of harrassment for believing in the Baha’i Faith, and both my parents have been imprisoned and tortured for believing in this religion of Peace and tolerance, I, very much appreciate your efforts to bring about some justice and awareness to the Gov. of Iran and ultimately to release our innocent sisters and brothers from this prison of ignorance and prejudice. Not only the innocent Baha’is, but every prisoner who is now held for speaking his mind and for demanding justice. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Stop using this old and rotten trick.
In the mid 19th. century, where, there was no body to care for Human Rightes, and at the time that the adhearants of the Bahai Faith were in Iran and Otoman countries only, two Muslim countries, tried everything possible to quint the flame of the FAITH in the hearts of the Bahais, they didn’t succeed.Read the history, and learn why they FAILED.Don’t repeat the same mistake. You have FAILED,too. It is time to stop this nonsense.

Thanks for visiting this site, Nasi in Piggs Peak!
    Ngiyabonga kakhulu.

I have forwarded many links in these urgent days to many friends. Tonight we held prayers in Waterloo for Divine assistance and the further awakening of awareness. It is remarkable how fast this news is spreading and how many people all over the world are watching Iran very closely these days. Thousands and thousands. Parliaments all over the world are talking about it.

There are now so many supports from the Iranian academic community arising to say they will no longer silent by while these gross injustices continue. You showed me by your personal example that the Persian community is not really like these few oppressors but has a long history of civilisation and greatness. Thank you nina bekunene eSpiki.

Please be compassionate too, and give up this idea that Baha’u’llah’s teachings are harmful to the world.
Please be merciful and release the imprisoned Baha’is, or give them a fair trial. Is that too much to ask?
