Congress passes resolution by 402 to 2 , so what will happen now?

What happens now? This is the first step in exposing the Satanic, ungodly, anti-Isamic, anti-human, regime in Iran, this is the first step in raising awareness of the Baha’is in Iran. I have cousins whom I’m afraid could be arrested at any time…whom I’ve talked to many times and who want me and my family to come visit them. I’ve had two distant cousins who were executed by the Mullahs in the revolution for being Baha’i

One of the facts about principled behavior is that it is a ladder. Surely the various ‘adjective’ revolutions such as the American civil rights revolution were caused by people’s need to live up to their claims of Godliness by correcting the more extreme of the oppressors. When we coax the Senators to co-sponsor S.Res.71, they will at least vote to ask the President to do something. The publicity will make corporations afraid to be caught giving contributions to certain foreign officials, and so forth. Iran’s regime has not willingly chosen to let non-state actors have the credit for being the anti-Baha’i heroes. International outcry is very effective in the present world.

“To the dictators in Iran we say, release your political prisoners, especially release your Bahá’í prisoners, and end your ignorant and uncultured persecution of the peaceful Bahá’ís.”
Thanks to the Honorable Rep. Kirk, fearless defender of the oppressed in Iran.
Thanks to the Honorable members of the U.S. House of Representatives for their nearly unanimous show of solidarity in support of U.S. Res. 175.
