Baha’i Businesses in Iran Sealed for Honoring Bicentenary

This October, millions of people around the world celebrated the 200th anniversary of the birth of Baha’u’llah, the founder of the Baha’i Faith. In Iran however, many Baha’is were punished for honoring the day. As with any other religious holiday, Baha’is temporarily closed their shops to commemorate the occasion; when they returned to work they found their businesses sealed by authorities.
