Baha'i Rights Website Redesigned!

Muslim NetworkEditor’s NoteIran Press Watch was pleased to receive the following notice from the Mideast Youth organization, which we share below for the benefit of our readers.  Heartfelt congratulations to the Mideast Youth group for another important milestone!

We are very happy to say that the Baha’i Rights website has just relaunched with its new design and functionality. A lot of hard work was put into this, and we hope you will check it out!

We redesigned the site because we felt we were much stronger in other, more creative fields than just mere reporting. Starting now, our emphasis will be on comics and videos to spread awareness about Baha’i human rights abuses, and while reporting will continue, it will not be the main purpose of the site, despite the prominent position we give it (facts are important.)

We are already working on an animated short highlighting the Baha’i tragedy in Iran. We expect to release it within the last 10 days of Ramadhan, the holiest days of the Holy month.

On a final note, we also plan to increase the Arabic and Farsi content of the site. If you are Muslim, and wish to contribute, please let us know! If you aren’t Muslim, your help will be just as appreciated if you spread the word on these efforts.

Thank you for your support!

Re: Problems with Baha’i Rights web site:

I have just looked at the new site and I cannot get anything to work. The scroll bar doesn’t come up on my browser (Firefox 3.5 on a Mac) so I can’t scroll the page down, and none of the links are active (i.e. They won’t let me click on them). It appears that the site displays as a set of images with no interactivity.

Just thought you would like to know.

Oh, never mind, The reason it came up like that was that it WAS an image. You should attach the proper link to the image you have posted–I got confused.
