This dear image of Shiva Khalili bears a striking resemblance to a famous surviving image of Anne Frank. But while Anne Frank was singled out as for persecution and death by her birth, Shiva Khalili is singled out as a Baha’i by the religion of love and promise she has chosen. And the falseness of the charge laid against her, propaganda against the regime, is proved by the Baha’i Faith itself, which prohibits lying, gossip, backbiting, political meddling, any sort of mischief – the very tools of ‘propaganda’ are prohibited in the Baha’i Faith. So, allowing the Baha’is of Iran to practice their Baha’i Faith and encouraging others to do so as well is the surest way for the Revolutionary Court of Babol to help remove the fear of propaganda against the regime. And give Shiva Khalili her phone back so her kindly words of love toward all the peoples Iran can be spread more widely and hopefully, take root in the heart of the world.

Actually Anne Frank was singled out for her ethnicity and religion, but of which are Jewish. She died because of her ethnicity and religion. Ms. Frank is a parallel just as dark and sad as this case. Perhaps that is what you were conveying. FYI —
