The final court session for the sentencing of nine Baha’is in Mashhad took place on 3 Aban 1388 (October 25, 2009). Most of these accused Baha’is were arrested on the 13 and 14 of Mordad 1384 (4th and 5th of August, 2005), and most were released on bail on 5 and 6 of Shahrivar (the 27th and 28th of August) of the same year.
