Farzaneh Milani, who teaches Persian literature and women’s studies at the University of Virginia, addresses the conference on “Intellectual Othering and the Baha’i Question in Iran,” held at the University of Toronto, 1-3 July 2011. Dr. Milani’s presentation was part of a session on gender modernity.
