The Islamic Revolutionary Court of Iran issued the order for the destruction of the Baha’i cemetery in the city of Sanandaj, which is located near the medical school in the city. According to Mohabbat News, per Kordestan News Agency, Jamal Haeri, one of the Baha’is of Sanandaj, reported by telephone to Kord-Pa News: “Sanandaj cemetery is the resting place of over 40 Baha’is, including my mother, who was buried there four years ago.”
According to Jamal Haeri, who currently resides in Australia, the Islamic Revolutionary Court in the city of Sanandaj confirmed the order for destruction of the Baha’i cemetery issued by the appeal court’s sixth branch on August 3, 2013.“Unknown individuals had shown disrespect to Baha’i residents by breaking and writing anti-Baha’i and offensive graffiti on the gravestone memorials during Mr. Ahmadinejad’s presidency”, Haeri added. He also stated that the land of the Baha’i cemetery has been sold to an individual named “A.G”, and that it is expected to be completely destroyed soon.
Over 40 families of Baha’is reside in the city of Sanandaj. Several of them have been arrested by the police of the Islamic Republic of Iran each year. Samim Zarei, on July 6, 2013, was the most recent Baha’i of Sanandaj to have been arrested.

A very simple and factual analysis: Iran is the only country on the planet that has constantly rejected the prophets and religions that started from there, and systematically abuse their followers. These prophets being: Zoroaster, the Bab, and Baha’u’llah.
Every other country that is home to a major world religion (Israel, India, Saudi Arabia) have accepted those religions that started in their respective countries, and is the officially recognized religions of that country.
Iran has a long way to mature yet.

Another attempt by the fanatical element within Islam to destroy evidence of inconvenient truth, and harass minorities living in their country.
