According to “BahaiNews”, the garage attached to the home of Mr. Majid Payandeh, a Baha’i citizen in Rafsanjan, has been sealed.
According to this report, Mr. Payandeh’s business had also been sealed some time ago by the Office of Public Places in the county.
According to an informed source close to “BahaiNews”, authorities sealed the garage after noticing that this Baha’i citizen had been storing merchandise in it and using it as a transfer point.
It has been fourteen months since authorities sealed many Baha’i citizens’ businesses in Kerman. The authorities have repeatedly promised to unseal these businesses, but these promises have not been kept.
Baha’i businesses were sealed when their owners closed their shops during Baha’i religious holidays2.
