Qom Seminary1 has recently started planning classes called “Understanding Baha’ism” and “Understanding Ahl-e Haqq”. These classes, which present a one-sided view of religious minorities, have the sole purpose of destroying the Baha’i Faith and the Ahl-e Haqq2.

Subsequently, the Qom Seminary has started extensive propaganda on these subjects in most government centers and government sponsored news websites.

In an advertisement on its site, Tasnim news agency has announced that the Qom Seminary intends to hold online introductory courses on the Baha’i Faith and the Ahl-e Haqq for all seminary students in the country. These courses will be offered through the “All sects and religions organization”, “Propaganda Secretary” and “Practical training” of the Qom Seminary.

The Islamic Republic does not allow these citizens to defend their religions under any conditions, and has repeatedly violated the civil rights of these Iranian citizens.

Similar to other classes held in previous years, these courses provide an entirely one-sided view and no Baha’i or Ahl-e Haqq citizen has the right to defend his religion.

Sad. However, it is certain that some of the students will want to check out original sources, and that will be good for them.
