According to reporters from HRANA, the news organization of Human Rights Activists in Iran, Maziar Malaki, a Baha’i citizen from Birjand and a student in manufacturing machinery, was summoned by university security and asked to sign a letter that stated that he would not attend meetings of the Baha’i religion and would not obey the Baha’i international headquarters, the “House of Justice “.  After refusing to sign the commitment letter, Maziar Malaki was informed by university security officials to that he had been expelled from the University and that the final decision will be communicated to him.
